THE GDS GANTRY SYSTEM
The GDS Gantries have been designed to go together quickly and securely. The conical connector that holds the sections together ensure that deflection over a 12 metre span is virtually eliminated and powerhoods can be hung safely.
All sections of the gantry including the legs, as a result of the connection system, are ladder rather than truss, which ensures that weight and volume are considerably reduced.
GANTRY SPECIFICATION
Our gantries can be used in a variety of applications away from the motorsport industry, including entrances to hospitality areas, truck fascias and winners podiums.

Depth of ladder: 290mm
Tube Diameter: 50mm x 2mm
Diagonal Struts: 16mm x 2mm
Alloy Used: EN-AW6082 T6 with Steel connectors and pins.
Here at GDS, we also fabricate cladding to cover the gantries to provide a clean aesthetic look for extra branding opportunities. This can be done in a variety of materials.
